Cinco de Mayo is just around the corner! A day full of color, dancing, and possibly tequila (hence the dancing) We’ve put together some amazing and bright ideas for your wedding that are sure to make your guests want to fiesta!

These gorgeous and modern invites from Ink The Paperie featured on Ruffled Blog set the tone for a cheerful, vibrant day! We love the colorblocking and the use of practical español. Its sophisticated enough for a wedding while still being fun enough for a good time.

The best way to start a wedding day has to be with mimosas! In this case, The Blond Cook has amplified this classic cocktail with a fun Mexican twist. OJ, champagne, tequila, and a splash of grenadine… what more can you ask for to get ready?

And because your guests need cocktails too, we’ve found these cute drinks for cocktail hour. The Every Last Detail featured these adorable refreshers adorned with Spanish phrases. How beautiful is this shot from Dyan Kethley Photography!

We love the presentation of these put together by Bash Please. The gorgeous flowers and the metallic gold platter make them look elegant enough for any wedding.

Table Setting

Tablescapes set the tone for the reception. Bright florals and even cacti can be used to infuse some Mexicana into your wedding. We love the cactus centerpiece seen on Style Me Pretty. Just cacti, glass pillars, and some candles and this Mexican fiesta is made chic. Paired with these beautiful menu cards from Paper and Poste and you have a tablescape that is sure to blow your guests away!

The Dress

Now for the most important part—the dress! This is where a non-traditional bride can really have her shining moment. We love the idea of a two-piece bridal gown and absolutely adore this cropped selection Fabled and True. Its sexy yet whimsical and different from anything you’ve seen.

If having a smaller affair, why not opt for this two-tiered understated confectionery. Adorned with bright and colorful flowers, we love how Chelsea Scanlan shot this next to fresh citrus and cactus. It perfectly emulates the tone of the event.
